The Power Stick overload training bat develops strength in batting-specific muscles, especially the shoulders, arms and hands. With 30 oz. of weight focused into a narrow diameter barrel, players will notice better bat speed and power during games. The narrow diameter also builds visual acuity for better hand-eye coordination and contact at the plate.
